You will probably not be happy if your auto insurance provider rejects your insurance claim. The next step you should take is to contract the services of an insurance arbitrator. Depending on the region in which you live the procedures for following up a rejected claim are different.

First make sure that there is nothing more you can do by dealing with the insurer only. Once the insurance company has filed their final letter on the matter, or they have not had any response for several weeks, then you may look for an insurance arbitrator.
